We are looking for the next valued member of our team to fill the role of Business Research Intern. This role plays an important part in supporting project delivery and internal initiatives by conducting initial research, gathering requirements, undertaking structured analysis, preparing content, and contributing to deliverables.

What You’ll Do
As a Business Research Intern, you’ll join our Service Delivery team to support and contribute to meaningful client projects and internal initiatives. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting research, benchmarking, and both qualitative and quantitative analysis,
- Extracting, documenting, and validating business requirements from stakeholders,
- Mapping and analysing systems and documentation on current processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities,
- Supporting the definition of future state requirements, systems, models and processes, as well as developing practical, data-informed solutions and recommendations,
- Preparing reports, dashboards, diagrams, and presentations to support decision-making,
- Supporting project logistics and client coordination,
- Collaborating in team discussions, workshops and stakeholder engagements,
- Applying Exzie Global templates, tools and methodologies consistently,
- Supporting internal initiatives including business development, new service offerings and internal improvements, and
- Maintaining accurate records in IGS platforms such as Monday.com and TimeCamp.
Who You Are
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics or a comparable field,
- Brings up to 1 years of experience or relevant internship in consulting, public sector or analytical roles,
- Possesses excellent communication, critical thinking and documentation skills,
- Is confident using Microsoft Office and has exposure to desktop publishing tools like Adobe or Canva,
- Is eager to learn and thrives in structured, collaborative environments, and
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and time management.
You enjoy variety in your work, and not only do you use your initiative to guide you, but you are also very comfortable asking for direction or guidance from your manager and colleagues.
You are very organised and employ time management strategies to ensure you remain productive and meet client and management expectations. You are also customer-oriented with excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.
Working within a tight knit team, you can build strong two-way trusting relationships, and as much as you will be supported to achieve success in your role, you are also very willing to support those around you.
You take pride in your work, focused on delivering to the customer’s requirements, with no reservations on changing or updating any outputs based on feedback or changes that are needed.

Key Selection Criteria
Please address the following criteria in your cover letter to be considered:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Business Analytics or a comparable field,
- Up to 1 year of experience or relevant internship in consulting, public sector or analytical roles,
- Intermediate Microsoft Office, SharePoint and desktop publishing skills,
- Demonstrate your time management and organisational skills, and
- Provide examples of teamwork and collaboration.

Hybrid working model.
Salary: N1.800.000 BASIC + CIRCA 500.000 ALLOWANCE (Annual)
